Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their unique needs and expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure they are maximizing the value of our products/services.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and improve the overall client experience.
Regularly assess client satisfaction and collect feedback to drive service improvements.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to contribute to business growth.
Monitor and report on client interactions, account health, and overall success.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in client relationship or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
