Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and grow our insurance agency network in India. You will drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of agents while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Location : Durgapur

Salary Package : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans to expand the agency network.
Lead and motivate a team of sales agents.
Build strong relationships with agency partners.
Analyze market trends and sales data for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support and train agents to enhance performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in insurance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of insurance laws and the Indian market.
Prior fieldwork experience required.
Must be based locally in India.
