Roles and responsibilities:

• Prepare and motivate advisors to join the team
• Maintain healthy relations with the advisor
• Monitor and review their performance periodically
• Regularly update the advisors about the new products, schemes, etc
• Join the advisors on the customer call

• Qualification: Graduation
• Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
• Age: 21 to 38 years.
