Sales Development Manager – Agency Channel
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a sales leader to grow our insurance business through agency partners in India. You’ll build and manage a sales team, develop strong partnerships, and hit sales targets.

LOCATION: Malda 

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA 
Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, and lead a sales team
• Build relationships with insurance agencies
• Achieve sales goals
• Analyze market trends
• Ensure sales team follows company policies
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in the Indian insurance industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Deep understanding of the insurance market
• Ability to manage a team and hit targets
