Key Responsibilities:

•  Team Recruiting and Team Leading
•  Convert high-value leads into sales with success.
•  Prioritize client retention in order to promote recurring business.
•  Manage accounts, schedule calls, identify clients, and finalize agreements.
•  Maintain thorough records of all client data, including contacts, phone logs, quotes, and email .
•  To achieve sales targets, develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Use social media to effectively market goods and services in order to increase brand recognition and draw in leads.

Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal skills to foster connections.
• Bachelor Degree is a mandatory .
• Strategies to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Organizational skills for managing accounts and schedules.
• 2+ years of sales experience
