Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate new business through face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings.
Manage sales pipeline and accurately report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or direct customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
