Unit sales manager

Through lead generation, team management, and meeting objectives, the Unit Manager propels life insurance sales growth.

Location : Howrah

Responsibilities:

  •   Lead Generation: Locate and seize fresh business prospects.
  •   Sales Objectives: Establish and meet individual and group sales objectives.
  •   Product pitching: Outline life insurance options that are suited to the needs of the client.
  •   Quality assurance aims to improve client satisfaction by guaranteeing adherence to sales                 standards.
  •   Team Management: Assemble, instruct, and guide sales agents.
  •  Reporting: Keep thorough records and submit reports on your sales endeavors.

Requirements:

  •    Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
  •    Solid sales background, ideally in the insurance industry.
  •    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  •    Familiarity with life insurance goods.
