Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Officer to join our banking team. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by promoting banking products and services to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and assist customers in meeting their financial needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch profitability.
• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Age: 21 to 32 years only.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in BFSI or related industries).
• Must be a local candidate familiar with the area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
