Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Conduct market research to better understand customer needs and target markets.
Prepare and present product demos and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Track market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies and offerings.
Work closely with the marketing team to help develop sales strategies and promotional content.
Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 6 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the BFSI sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Highly self-motivated and target-oriented.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willing to travel within the designated territory.
