Roles and Responsibilities

Drive product promotion and sales efforts to meet customer needs.
Achieve sales targets by effectively cross-selling and upselling offerings.
Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies and all relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Proven ability in cross-selling and upselling products and services.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
