                                                Associate Development Manager
Lead recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents to drive agency channel growth. Develop and execute strategies for agent performance enhancement and sales target achievement.

Location : Asansol 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train new agents.
• Monitor and support agent performance.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain agent relationships and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

2+ years in insurance sales/agency management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• The applicant must have previous fieldwork experience.
• The candidate must be local.
