Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet both individual and collective sales goals
Design and execute sales strategies to drive overall revenue growth
Track and assess team performance, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to improve results
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and key performance indicators
Partner with marketing to develop campaigns that attract qualified leads
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients through phone, email, and video calls
Address escalated customer concerns and ensure outstanding service delivery
Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to effectively lead and support the team
Requirements:
Proven track record in inside sales or a similar field, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
