Agency Development Manager
Support and develop agency partners in the life insurance sector by facilitating recruitment, training, and performance management to drive growth and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
– Help recruit new agents and manage their onboarding.
-Conduct and support training programs for agents.
-Monitor and enhance agent performance.
-Build strong relationships with agency partners.
-Assist in implementing growth strategies and analyzing market trends.
Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
-Experience: 2-3 years in sales or agency management, preferably in life insurance.
-Skills: communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM systems. –
Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
