Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing sales strategies and setting targets for the team
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure smooth operations
• Train, coach, and support sales representatives to enhance performance
• Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Identify market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
