• Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.
• Lead the team by setting clear targets for recruitment, training, and agent development.
• Drive goal achievement through effective campaigning.
• Prepare monthly sales reports to track performance.
• Engage in on-field activities to maximize customer outreach.
• Focus on managing the sales team, expanding geographical coverage, and enhancing market presence
