We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our connections with clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to keep them happy and loyal.
• Meet with clients regularly to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
• Work with internal teams to provide great service and solve any problems.
• Pay attention to client feedback and market trends to improve services.
• Look for chances to sell additional insurance products to existing clients

Requirements:

•     Bachelor’s degree is essential.
•     At least 2 years of experience in client management or sales.
•     Age requirement: 22 to 38 years old.
•      Must have lived in the local area for a minimum of 3 years
