Business Development Representative
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead handoff.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, meeting quotas and performance metrics
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
