Role: Assistant Sales Manager
Objective : Identify and cultivate a sales team, find new business opportunities, and support the expansion of the organization. The business development manager (BDM), one of a company’s most crucial workers, identifies new business opportunities and develops strategies for corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities :
To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
• Determine which markets have prospective customers.
• Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
• Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
• An advanced degree or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
• Age range: 21–38 years old.
• Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
