Sales Manager (Agency Channel) Job Responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and offering consistent training for those who sell insurance.
- Achieving the goals set out and preserving positive relationships with clients and agent
- Achieving mapped middlemen’s assigned PMS targets
- Agent tracking, activation, and licensing
- Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them regular product and procedure training
- Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving concerns and inquiries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, methodical records of each meeting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Any sales or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
