A sales manager manages an organization’s entire sales process. They are responsible for supervising sales plans and the performance of an organization to achieve the expected growth

Location : Barpeta 

Responsibilities

• Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones
• Implementing the company’s sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
• Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals
• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads

Requirement:

• Any Graduate
• Candidate must have field job experience.
• Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.
• Age: 21 to 38
• Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
• Must be a local candidate
