Job Description
Objective: A business development manager (BDM) is in charge of the sales force, looks for new prospects, and aids in the expansion of the business.
Key Responsibilities :
* Establish objectives and targets for increasing revenue and business.
* Do research and put plans in place to reach new markets.
* In those markets, find possible customers.
* Follow up with prospects and assist them in the sales process.
* Establish objectives as a team and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
* An advanced degree or its equivalent.
* Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
* Age range: 21–38 years old.
* Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
* Outstanding ability to communicate.
