Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Direct Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow the direct sales channel in Ahmedabad for our insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a background in the BFSI sector and a proven track record of sales leadership in insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the direct sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition through the direct channel.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
Provide training, support, and performance evaluation for the sales team.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in direct sales or channel management, specifically within the insurance sector.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
