Job Description
An Associate Sales Manager is a mid-level sales professional responsible for supporting a sales team by managing a portion of the sales pipeline.
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior sales team members.
- Ability to Provide guidance and support to develop their sales capabilities.
Roles:
- Actively manage and nurture a designated sales pipeline, identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects.
- Driving opportunities through the sales cycle to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior sales representatives on sales techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Track key sales metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and inform sales strategy.
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
