As a Relationship Manager – Insurance, your role will focus on fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with both current and prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase insurance sales.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance policies according to client needs.
- Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven track record in insurance sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop trust and rapport with clients.
