Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enlist, instruct, and oversee a group of agents to guarantee ideal performance.
- Establish sales targets, monitor advancement toward them, and enact measures to reach those targets.
- Respond to customer questions and guarantee that outstanding service standards are upheld.
- Manage and implement marketing initiatives to enhance the agency’s profile.
- Guarantee adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Keep an eye on how the team performs and offer coaching and feedback on a continual basis.
- Regularly report the performance and results of the team to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote business growth and income.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
