Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer concerns and ensure excellent service.
- Manage marketing efforts to increase agency visibility.
- Make sure the team follows company policies and rules.
- Monitor agent performance and provide guidance.
- Report team performance to senior management regularly.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Good communication and people skills.
