Job Description
An Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of agents to meet sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Location : Bongaigaon
Key Duties:
- Recruit, train, and manage agents to optimize performance.
- Set and track sales goals, implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Address client concerns and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance agency visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Report regularly to senior management on team performance.
- Develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
