The Sales and Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving regional business growth by recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors. The role requires ensuring the achievement of sales goals while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and inspire financial advisors to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, performance support, and coaching to maximize team success.
- Design and execute strategic plans aimed at reaching sales goals, discovering new business opportunities, and improving sales performance.
- Conduct detailed market research to understand customer demands, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.
- Create and implement targeted strategies to engage high-potential customer segments and drive sustained business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within any industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or native roles is preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing teams and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with both agents and clients.
