Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field sales team to achieve corporate sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within corporate sectors.
Develop and execute field-based sales strategies to expand market presence.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Provide regular updates, sales reports, and forecasts to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing client needs.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in corporate field sales or business development.
Proven ability to lead a sales team and close large deals.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
