We are hiring a Corporate Salary Officer to acquire and manage corporate salary accounts by collaborating with HR and Finance teams of companies. The role requires strong business development skills to generate leads, onboard employees, and cross-sell banking products. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with corporates for salary account acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and Finance heads to drive business.
• Conduct corporate meetings and presentations to showcase salary account benefits.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of employees under the salary account program.
• Drive cross-selling of banking products, including credit cards, loans, and insurance.
• Meet sales targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Age: 21 to 36 years.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in corporate salary account sales (Banking/BFSI sector preferred).
• Must be local to the hiring location.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
