Job Description

A Direct Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive direct sales efforts, meet revenue targets, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of direct sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve or exceed them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
