Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate salary account relationships, ensuring seamless salary processing, and driving business growth through cross-selling banking products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate salary account relationships.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and salary credit processing.
- Cross-sell banking products to corporate employees.
- Build strong relationships with HR & finance teams.
- Conduct promotional activities to maximize account penetration.
- Achieve business targets and ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or corporate salary account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and compliance regulations.
