The Corporate Salary Manager is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing salary account relationships, and ensuring seamless payroll processing. The role involves cross-selling financial products, engaging with corporate HR teams, and driving business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate clients for salary account services.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and salary credit processing for employees.
- Promote banking products like credit cards, loans, and insurance to corporate employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and finance teams.
- Conduct financial awareness sessions and corporate engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or corporate salary account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and payroll processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused approach.
