Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and support a team of field sales representatives to achieve regional sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the Solapur region.
Monitor the team’s performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent follow-up to meet individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the region.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, expanding the customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to senior management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and follow-up on sales-related administrative tasks.
Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations for the sales team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
Strong knowledge of the local market dynamics in Solapur.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
