Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet company goals.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance and processes.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
Monitor and track sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive sales campaigns.
Identify market trends and new business opportunities to expand revenue.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage a team effectively.
