Roles and Responsibilities:
- To build a strong sales network in the area, find, train, and onboard new agents.
- Create and put into action plans to boost agent productivity and hit sales goals.
- Offer continuous coaching, feedback, and direction to improve agent efficacy and productivity.
- To identify new growth prospects, monitor competition activity and market trends.
- Collaborate together with internal teams to guarantee that agents get the assistance and materials they require to be successful.
- Verify that every action complies with industry compliance standards and corporate rules.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage teams effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess data and develop effective strategies for growth.
