Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2 years of field sales experience to join our growing team.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand business reach.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
