Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and oversee a team of agents to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sales Achievement: Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure sustained business growth and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while nurturing relationships with existing clients.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance updates, sales progress reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate (Full-time course only).
• Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector, with a preference for candidates with an insurance background.
• Age: min. 24 years or younger.
• Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with local market trends and customer needs.
• Sales Passion: A strong drive for sales and the ability to motivate a team to achieve set targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
