Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized training sessions to improve agents’ skills and performance.
  • Evaluate agent progress and implement strategies to increase business growth.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or agency management.
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driving license for field visits.
  • Preference for candidates who are familiar with the local market.
  • Open to graduates from all disciplines with a passion for recruitment and sales.
