Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Unit Sales Manager with three years of sales experience, including at least one year selling life insurance, who is extremely focused and results-oriented.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Employ, train, and mentor salespeople to ensure superior results and performance.
  • Develop and put into action a sales strategy to achieve your company’s growth and revenue targets.
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to exceed performance and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with your clients to advance your business.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, sales data, and market trends.
  • Oversee team members in sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Work closely with senior management to align with company strategy and objectives.
  • Check for compliance with business and insurance industry regulations.
  • Establish and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
  • To locate and grab new business opportunities in order to grow the clients.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Three years of field sales experience, including a minimum of one year spent selling life insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to lead a team and operate alone.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance rules and products.
