Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, generating new business, and delivering excellent customer service in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to align strategies and improve sales efforts.
Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
