The Sales Development Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the business within a designated region. This role focuses on building and leading a team of financial advisors, driving sales growth, and identifying new opportunities in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new financial advisors, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance advisors’ performance and sales techniques.
- Develop actionable plans to achieve sales goals, focusing on both existing and new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Guide agents to focus on high-value customer segments, ensuring personalized service and strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed a graduate degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing across any industry.
- A resident or native of the area for 3+ years.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to effectively manage and guide a sales team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with agents and clients alike.
