Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with two years of field sales experience to join our growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find and create new business prospects through field sales, networking, and referrals.
- Build and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
- to clinch deals by conducting talks, sales presentations, and product demos.
- Assess potential customers and manage the sales funnel effectively.
- Work together with the marketing and sales departments to maximize lead generation and conversion tactics.
- Stay abreast on industry advancements, competition, and market trends.
- Monitor and communicate sales performance indicators while offering guidance for ongoing development.
- Respond to questions and concerns as soon as you can to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- To promote your business, take part in trade exhibits, industry conferences, and networking gatherings.
Candidate Profile:
- two years or more of expertise in field sales, either from company to business or from business to consumer.
- demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- exceptional communication, bargaining, and interpersonal skills.
- the ability to function both alone and collaboratively in a busy environment.
- familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
