Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Bancassurance Manager to collaborate with bank branches and drive the sales of insurance products. In this role, you will build strong relationships with bank staff, provide product knowledge, and work towards achieving set sales targets through the bank’s network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell insurance products through the bank’s network to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Use the bank’s database to identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bank staff and management to enhance collaboration.
• Provide training and motivational support to bank employees to generate leads and effectively close sales.
• Suggest the most suitable insurance products based on customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A graduate degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing in banking or insurance.
• 3+ years of residential or native experience in the area.
• Basic understanding of insurance products and banking operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with bank staff and customers.
