Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Area Business Development Manager to lead our Agency Channel in a designated region. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of financial advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit qualified financial advisors, providing thorough training to ensure their success in achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and implement detailed strategic plans to meet and exceed the business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, and support to team members to drive consistent performance.
  • Empower advisors with effective techniques to target and engage high-value customer segments.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A graduate degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage, motivate, and guide a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build professional relationships with agents and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards and exceed established sales goals.
