Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Sheshadripuram. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of field sales experience and a passion for driving business growth.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales strategies and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Sheshadripuram and nearby areas.
