Develop and motivate your sales team, recruit and manage Insurance Advisers in your market, and coordinate effectively with the central team.

• Inspire and drive business growth via Teams

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• Experience: 1+ years in sales
• Age should be between 21 to 38 years
• Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
