A Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue target
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve goals.
• Ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and handle objections effectively.
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
• Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
• Age Criteria:21 to 38.
• Fix CTC + Incentive
• Must be a local candidate
