Job Description:
The Sales Channel Manager is responsible for managing a team of financial advisors, executing sales strategies, and driving business development. The role involves fostering strong team collaboration, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to recruit and onboard high-performing financial advisors to join the team.
  • Set clear sales targets for individual agents and the overall team, tracking progress and ensuring targets are consistently met.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of the market and client base.
  • Develop training programs and provide continuous coaching to help agents improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and client handling skills.
  • Continuously analyze customer trends and competitor activity to ensure that sales strategies remain competitive.
  • Maintain regular performance reports and track the success of sales activities, adjusting plans as needed to stay on target.
  • Help agents develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
