Job Description:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business development for the agency channel. This includes recruiting financial advisors, developing strategic plans to meet sales objectives, and leading the team to success while managing relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of financial advisors, ensuring a team that is motivated, well-trained, and equipped to meet goals.
  • Develop long-term strategic sales plans for the agency channel and execute them effectively, adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales targets by providing necessary support and removing obstacles that hinder performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets and client segments, and work with agents to pursue them effectively.
  • Establish strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company remains competitive.
  • Create and implement continuous training programs that enhance team skills and knowledge in both sales and customer service.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
